Priscilla Hernandez Hacker, Ph.D.


 


Priscilla Hernandez Hacker, Ph.D., graduated from Washington State University's Clinical Psychology Program in 1990.

She completed a Pre-doctoral Internship at USC Medical Center in 1991, with training in Adult and Child Psychology, and Psychiatric Emergency Room. In 1992, Priscilla completed a Post-doctoral Fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center with training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and treatment of child physical and sexual abuse.

Priscilla has 33 years of clinical experience, and has been in private practice on the Palouse since 1993. She conducts psychotherapy; as well as psychological and ADHD evaluations.

Priscilla has subsequent training in Parenting Education and in supporting the emotional needs of Gifted children and adults. She also has Externship training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). Priscilla has a general practice serving children, adolescents, couples, and families. She is currently licensed in Idaho and Washington. Priscilla is a member in good standing of the American Psychological Association (APA) and a lifetime member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).
